Sellery’s No-Hassle Returns for U.S. Customers
Exchanges and returns are free for eligible* items postmarked within the first 30 days of receipt. We understand that sometimes an item just simply doesn’t work for you. Whether it doesn’t fit, you don’t like how it looks or feels or maybe it’s just not the right color. Eligible items include all items except where sale is marked “Final” or where multiple sizes of the same product have been ordered.
Where multiple sizes of one item are ordered, and subsequent returns occur, the returns are subject to a $5 per package return shipping fee plus a $5 restocking fee per item. Sellery discourages the practice of ordering multiple sizes due to the environmental impact of the return process, including both unnecessary shipping and resulting emissions, as well as shipping material waste. Please refer to each brand’s size guide and size notes to determine your best size option.

Damaged Or Defective Items
On occasion a product is defective or is damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item from Sellery, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear.
Sellery does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Initially, Sellery will be unable to ship orders internationally. As a startup with a clear mission to Clothe the U.S. in responsible fashion, international shipping was not a high priority for launch.
