Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer various shipping options. Sellery LLC is a multi-brand retail platform with our own fulfillment center. We ship most products direct from our warehouse in Cincinnati, OH which allows us to reduce the # of packages your order arrives in, with the goal of lightening the environmental footprint of your order. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. This may result in multiple packages and shipping methods that differ from Sellery’s standard methods. If any items arrive separately, you will not incur additional shipping charges. A tracking number will be provided via email for all packages regardless of shipping method.

- We may offer free standard shipping with specific purchase requirements or as part of a promotion.
- Standard Shipping
- Sellery currently utilizes FedEx and UPS ground services for standard shipping. We will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
- Expedited Shipping Fees
- We also offer expedited shipping at the rate of $26.95 per package. We utilize FedEx and UPS services for our expedited shipping services. We will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Initially, Sellery will be unable to ship orders internationally. As a startup with a clear mission to Clothe the U.S. in responsible fashion, international shipping was not a high priority for launch. However, stay tuned as international shipping could be a part of our future.
While Sellery does not ship internationally, it is possible that a product could come direct from a supplier via an international shipment.
Other Shipping Restrictions
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
- Orders ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday, within 2-3 days of order.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Sellery, LLC is not responsible for any shipping, customs, duties or other import clearance/export related fees.
- Jewelry: Sellery, LLC will ship jewelry only to physical street addresses and may require signature upon receipt. Jewelry cannot be shipped to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
- U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
