JEDDI Leader

Sellery defines a “JEDDI Leader” as a brand that has a focus on Justice, Equity, Diversity, Decolonization, and Inclusion. This means that the brand adheres to at least two of the following: diverse ownership/leadership, prioritizes representation throughout its media, pays fair wages to models/photographers/videographers of color, business model focuses on reversing injustices against marginalized people (ex. women, BIPOC, etc.) and/or company mission, vision, values, and policies specifically address matters of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Sellery does not support representation through tokenism.
